To apply to UAB as a transfer student, submit
- a completed UAB application and the appropriate application fee
- official transcripts from each institution you have attended (mailed directly to UAB by each institution)
All documents and academic credentials should be mailed to:
Office of UG Admission, HUC 260, 1530 3rd Ave. South, Birmingham, AL 35294-1150
If you have completed fewer than 24 semester hours or less than 36 quarter hours of college-level work you must also submit:
- an official high school transcript (mailed directly to UAB by the high school)
- an official ACT/SAT score report
